Therapies

All the therapies that we offer have the basic objective of allowing you to regain or find confidence in yourself and your abilities.

Analytical Inspiration Therapies

Objectives
  • Analyze the sources of one or more symptoms or ill-defined psychological discomfort,
  • To bring, through work on the unconscious, a process of transformation of the psychic life,
  • Reinterpret events in the light of exchanges with the therapist.
Course
  • Exchanges with the therapist, who intervenes, questions, formulates hypotheses without giving directives.
  • Most of the time, these sessions take place in a seated position. The couch is not an obligation.

Family Therapies

Objectives
  • Understand communication breakdowns, confrontations, inappropriate discipline or over-protection of one member from another,
  • Restore communication between members by creating a space for all members to speak,

Rebalancing the family system

Course
  • Individual interviews with any of the members,
  • Interviews with all members,
  • Exchanges between the members through the mediation of the therapist, who sheds light and takes up the elements by putting forward hypotheses,
  • Role plays and practical exercises (on a case-by-case basis)

Couple Therapies

Objectives
  • Understand lack of communication, criticism, unrealistic expectations of one partner towards the other, excessive jealousy etc.
  • Re-establish positive and constructive communication by creating a space for both partners to talk.
  • Rebalance the couple or help with decision making.
Course
  • Individual interviews with any of the partners,
  • Interviews with both partners,
  • Exchanges between the partners through the mediation of the therapist, who brings a light and takes up the elements by making hypotheses,
  • Role plays and practical exercises (on a case-by-case basis)

Support Therapies

Objectives
  • Helping to understand a crisis situation (e.g. during a somatic illness, after the death of a loved one or an assault),
  • Free the floor,
  • To prepare for in-depth work in order to rebuild one's identity and regain one's place in one's life and history.
Course
  • Creation of a space to express oneself in and out of words,
  • Listening to the therapist in the face of suffering and incomprehension in a crisis situation,
  • Respect for moments of silence.
